Founder, Safe space for corporate Ladies

Since, 2021

Dr. Vivian Ihejirika is a Petroleum Engineer who has a flair for real estate, business and finance. She is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from Federal University of Technology Minna, She is the founder and convener of Safe Space for corporate Ladies. Who's sole aim is to inspire ladies in realizing their full potentials and go for it whilst creating a safe space for healthy conversation.

She strongly believes in raising the girl child right and volunteers her time to mentor/coach younger girls in achieving their dreams especially those in STEM while also being mentored and motivated by great women to push her further into achieving hers as well.   Vivian believes in self ownership and self motivation and is always open to learning new things.

She founded safe space for corporate ladies, in 2021, using the medium to bridge the gap of all kinds of stereotyping against the female gender, she strongly believes every woman, lady and girl child can achieve whatever life aspirations they set cause on.. Also creating a ground where proper conversation on women issue won't be a taboo. A space free for all kinds of conversation!

Mission

To inspire ladies to realize their full potential and go for it while creating a safe space for them to have healthy conversations about challenges they might encounter on the way.

Vision

Our vision is that all ladies are mentored to achieve their goals by bringing mentors closer to mentees. We will also seek to challenge the status quo and stereotypes by having healthy conversations about challenges in the corporate space.

Impacts

Project Growth Africa, is already giving out exams scholarship, inter-student competition and empowering women with skill and also setting them up with needed equipment to excel in their chosen career path

Our Initiatives

Project growth Africa, is centred round the average young African youth and the growth School Kids. Also empowering women in the corporate space. The corporate space is for any woman that wakes up every day and has businesses, engagement and career to care for.

The vision is to shape this young African generation with sound career education, proper leadership, life and work/business acumen.
